Western Cape Campsites – Riverside Camping Getaway

Experience the great outdoors at our campsites in the Western Cape, perfect for disconnecting from daily life and spending the night under the stars. Each campsite accommodates up to six guests and includes:

  • Water tap

  • 1 x 220V plug point

  • Built-in braai area with 5m x 4m shade canopy

Shared ablutions feature two toilets and two warm-water showers (heated with a donkey system).

Services & Extras

  • Firewood available at R100 for 50 pieces (pre-arranged)

  • Check-in: 14:00–18:00 | Check-out: 10:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out available via email (R250 fee)

  • Gate code and on-site contact sent via WhatsApp before arrival

  • River water for showers and dam tubs, with filtered drinking water provided

  • Limited cell phone signal

  • Guests must bring their own braai grid

Activities

  • Fishing: Carp and barbel in the river, free for overnight guests (catch & release, bring your own equipment and bait)

  • Clay pigeon shooting: Min. 6 people, R250 per person for 10 shots (2 weeks’ notice required)

  • Swimming: River access for a refreshing dip

  • Canoeing & SUP: Available at R200 per item per day
