Accommodation

The cabin features four en-suite rooms on the ground floor and dorm-style rooms (all bedding included) to accommodate groups of various sizes.

Kitchen & Dining

Captain’s Cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen with:

• 2 full-size fridge/freezers

• Microwave

• 2-plate gas cooker

• Bar fridge for cold drinks

• Full set of cutlery and crockery

Indoor and outdoor braai areas make it easy to enjoy meals together, while private beach access adds a unique coastal touch to your stay.

Services & Extras

• Firewood pre-arranged at R100 for 50 pieces (orders by Monday before arrival)

• Daily kitchen cleaning and dishwashing for a stress-free stay

• Check-in: 14:00–18:00 | Check-out: 10:00

• Early check-in from 12:00/ late check-out by 12:00 available by prior arrangement (R500 fee). Subject to availability.

• Arrival details and on-site contact sent via WhatsApp before check-in

• No TV on the property

• 30 km/h speed limit to protect wildlife and maintain tranquillity

Captain’s Cabin is the perfect choice for a West Coast beach getaway, combining comfort, privacy, and stunning coastal scenery just over an hour from Cape Town.

This Property is self-catering.
A Spit braai can be arranged by a trusted service provider (lamb is standard but other options can be arranged).

Groups of 15 and up from *R255 – R450pp – please ask for a quote, group size dependent.

Spit includes:

• 500 Grams raw meat (bone-in) per person
• Curry Pasta Salad
• Coleslaw salad
• Onions and Potatoes
• Garlic Bread

(Vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary requirements can be catered for – additional costs may be incurred)

2-week lead time needed for any catering requirements
