    The owners take full responsibility for their pets, and they agree to ensure that their pets do not chase any game or stock animals on the Farm. When pets are taken for a walk, outside the fenced area, they are required to be kept on a leash at all times.

    If any pet bites any animal, other guests, or staff members on the Farm, the owner of the pet will be held liable for any damages, injuries and all liabilities caused by their pet’s actions.

    It is understood that any violation of these pet regulations may result in the owners being asked to remove their pet from the premises.

    By agreeing to visit or stay on the Farm, with their pet, the owners acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions regarding pet liability and the rules of the premises.

This rustic gem is self-contained and secluded enough to offer a private escape for any group of friends or family and accommodates 26 pax.

Captain’s Cabin is perfect for an adventure-filled weekend away with friends, family or loved ones.

The cabin sleeps up to 26 people in either dorm-style rooms (bedding included), or in the four en suite rooms located on the ground floor.

Captain’s Cabin also includes a fully equipped kitchen with 2 full size fridges/freezers, microwave oven, gas cooker (2 plate) and an enough cutlery and crockery as well as a bar fridge for all your cold drinks.

Captain’s Cabin offers an indoor and outdoor braai area. And what makes Captains extra special is private access to the beach!

Firewood can be pre-arranged and bought at R100 for 50 pieces. Wood orders needs to be in by the Monday before arrival.

Each morning, we’ll come by to clean the kitchen and wash up any dishes from your meals so you can focus on relaxing instead of doing chores when you get back from exploring the surrounding areas.

Check in is 2pm-6pm and check out is 10 am, early check in or late check out can be arranged prior to arrival via email and a R250 fee will be charged.

Guests will be sent arrival details as well as their on- site contact the day before check in via WhatsApp.

No TV on offer. Please note: No speeding (the speed limit is 30kmph to preserve the wildlife and tranquillity).

Extra Services

This Property is self-catering.
A Spit braai can be arranged by a trusted service provider (lamb is standard but other options can be arranged).

Groups of 15 and up from *R255 – R450pp – please ask for a quote, group size dependent.

Spit includes:

  • 500 Grams raw meat (bone-in) per person
  • Curry Pasta Salad
  • Coleslaw salad
  • Onions and Potatoes
  • Garlic Bread

(Vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary requirements can be catered for – additional costs may be incurred)

2-week lead time needed for any catering requirements
